Want to be a part of a company that values getting their employees outside and playing for a living? Let's chat!
Check below for the positions we're currently looking to fill. We're always accepting resumes and we keep them on hand for approximately 6-12 months. Want to be part of the team and don't see a position that you feel will fit? Give us a call and let's have a chat.
Please include a resume, cover letter and anything else you feel might give us a good feel for who you are (ex. a youtube video of you playing in a hole).
Does the idea of getting paid to play in the forest sound like an ideal job to you? Yeah, us too! Let's talk. The main difference between guides/trippers and assistants is the amount of experience under a candidate's belt and the certifications. We love it when our assistants earn enough experience to become full fledged guides. It's definitely a lot of work, but for the right person would be a great opportunity.
We aim to get in touch with every single person that joins a trip prior to their adventure starting. We do this to make sure that each guest is properly prepared for their experience with us. Also, when people call in looking for information about our trips and courses, you'll be the first person they talk to. You basically get to hop on calls with people about to go on an amazing trip and get them stoked for their adventure.
We pride ourselves in using high caliber gear on all of our trips to make sure that the experience for our guests and guides are as comfortable as possible. We need someone who loves playing with gear to make sure that all the necessary gear is properly packed before a trip; unpacked, cleaned/dried, and organized after a trip; and carefully repaired/replaced if it gets damaged. You'll also be responsible for making sure that the gear arrives at specific drop-off locations at specific times, and gets picked up at the end of the trips at that same location at specific times.
